Davenport Campbell partnered with IWG Spaces to deliver a portfolio of co-working centres across Sydney, Brisbane and Parramatta, that each reflect the brand’s global design vision and respond to their unique local context. These projects represent the next generation of flexible workplaces in Australia - premium environments where businesses can connect, collaborate and thrive.

Across Martin Place and Parramatta Square in Sydney, and Ann Street and Jubilee Place in Brisbane, we worked closely with Spaces and their delivery partners to create over 20,000 sqm of co-working environments. Each workplace is tailored to its location and demographics, from collaborative podium floors in Sydney, to premium event spaces in Brisbane.

At the core of our focus was the translation of a global concept into spaces that connect with local users.

To gain a better understanding of our client’s methodology, we met with the Spaces team in Amsterdam to experience the “Spaces way”. From this learning, we adapted international standards to meet local codes, construction methods, and cultural expectations for greater cohesion and success. The result is a collection of workplaces that align with the distinct character of their settings while maintaining the consistency and quality that defines the Spaces brand worldwide.

These workplaces set a new benchmark for co-working in Australia. They are flexible, sustainable, and community-focused spaces that support the evolution of work styles and embed the global Spaces experience within key Australian commercial precincts.
