Parkline Workplace Hub
RAISING THE BAR FOR
GOVERNMENT WORKPLACE
The NSW Department of Planning, Housing and Infrastructure’s (DPHI) Parkline Workplace Hub stands as a model for the future of government office environments in Sydney. Spanning three expansive levels at Parkline Place, this industry-leading fitout unites multiple NSW government agencies under one roof.
“The new workplace at DPHI sets new benchmarks in workplace design for NSW government.”
- Stace Fishwick – Executive Director at Property and Development NSW
Designed with flexibility and collaboration at its core, the Workplace Hub provides a diverse array of spaces for focus, connection, and teamwork - supporting hybrid working arrangements and the evolving needs of government agencies. Workspaces are suffused with natural daylight and offer sweeping views over Sydney’s CBD, Hyde Park, and the harbour, fostering wellbeing and a strong sense of connection to place.
Inspiration was drawn from Sydney’s natural and built heritage, with a refined palette of natural materials and bronze-sandstone highlights. Garden terraces, dynamic social hubs, and hotel-quality end-of-trip facilities, including generous bike storage and premium locker rooms, promote active commuting and occupant wellness.
Every detail aligns with NSW Government Workplace Design Standards, ensuring universal accessibility and quality. Above all, the Parkline Workplace Hub is more than just a workplace; it’s a demonstration of progressive, sustainable design and a catalyst for a booming, modern public sector community.
Deputy Secretary of Property, Workplace and Development, at DPHI, Leon Walker, said:
“None of this would have been possible without … the innovative vision of our architects, Davenport Campbell and our fit-out contractor, MPA. Their support to realising our vision to create flexible, accessible, and sustainable workspaces has been instrumental in bringing this transformative workplace to life after years of careful planning, design and delivery.”
