Our approach when designing for speculative suites focuses on getting the fundamentals right – daylight, outlook, clear circulation, and a calm, modern material palette – so future tenants can truly picture themselves in the space.

Creating a layout that balances focused work, meetings and social spaces, with collaboration, we reimagined Level 6 at Darling Park Tower 1 as a flexible workspace that’s ready for the next wave of tenants.
