Our design approach focused on seamless connection, collaboration and sustainability. Working to minimise the environmental footprint, our designers worked with the client team to reupholster and refinish classic furniture pieces within this 6 Star Green Star building. Anchored by an interconnecting stair, the workplace balances individual focus with collective energy.

Designing for people
Designing for people sits at the heart of ESR’s new Sydney workplace. Layered with graphic storytelling elements and intuitive wayfinding, every element was chosen to support wellbeing, connection, and a sense of belonging.
The combination of brushbox timbers and saturated colours is rich and inviting, and an interconnecting staircase anchors the social hub; encouraging movement and spontaneous interaction.
This is a workplace shaped by a culture of sharing and innovation, and designed to empower teams and foster growth.
Signage & Graphics
Our internal graphics team enjoyed working with ESR to create a suite of elements that would support a seamless flow throughout the space and celebrate ESR values and culture.
Inspired by ESR’s global branding, the wayfinding signage and wall graphics were reimagined to give the new workplace at Martin Place a unique sense of place, including Indigenous room names, and a custom logo icon.
