Last Tuesday evening, a group of 60 people came together to share a dinner at a lavishly set table in Sydney’s Carriageworks.
Davenport Campbell are proud to have styled the event, the first of the Dinner series by We Are Table. The evening was a great success with 30 seats paid, 30 seats donated to domestic violence survivors and service providers. There are thousands of women living in safe houses around Australia and the aim is to let them know that they are loved, and that a whole community stands with them.
On the evening Two Good Co. also celebrated the launch of the ‘Two Good Care’ campaign. The campaign is an initiative by social enterprise ‘Two Good’ that delivers lovingly-prepared lunches and luxury care packs to women’s shelters and soup kitchens. Whenever you buy a beautiful Two Good Care Pack, ‘Two Good’ will donate another pack to a woman living in a safe house.
“The Two Good Care campaign is a beautiful, simple, honest initiative that has the capacity to touch the lives of many women and children who are seeking refuge from domestic violence and abuse. Powerful gifts often come in small packages and these thoughtful products are not only lovely to use, but are also made of wholesome, natural ingredients. They allow us to take a small moment to care for ourselves with kindness and gratitude, knowing someone else is receiving the same” says Elizabeth Debicki, Australian actress and Two Good ambassador.
