Design & Admin Assistant – Your Role
With a minimum of 3 years’ work experience in admin or design (or both), we are looking for a dynamic assistant to join our team. There are 2 key parts to this role with a variety of tasks included:
Admin & visitor facing
- Reception duties including answering the phone and greeting visitors
- Assisting in the organisation of meetings and social events
- Supporting the Executive Assistant in day to day general office management
- Liaising with the building manager for general facilities coordination
- Supporting the onboarding of new team members
Design support
- Assisting with presentations using Indesign
- Preparation of sample boards
- Assisting with the creation of furniture & finishes schedules using Excel
- Organising the finishes library
- Co-ordinating presentation from suppliers and consultants
Essential skills include:
- Strong Intermediate Indesign
- Advanced Word and Excel
