Design & Admin Assistant – Your Role

With a minimum of 3 years’ work experience in admin or design (or both), we are looking for a dynamic assistant to join our team. There are 2 key parts to this role with a variety of tasks included:

Admin & visitor facing

  • Reception duties including answering the phone and greeting visitors
  • Assisting in the organisation of meetings and social events
  • Supporting the Executive Assistant in day to day general office management
  • Liaising with the building manager for general facilities coordination
  • Supporting the onboarding of new team members

Design support

  • Assisting with presentations using Indesign
  • Preparation of sample boards
  • Assisting with the creation of furniture & finishes schedules using Excel
  • Organising the finishes library
  • Co-ordinating presentation from suppliers and consultants

Essential skills include:

  • Strong Intermediate Indesign
  • Advanced Word and Excel
