This morning Davenport Campbell’s Head of Brand + Culture and Senior Designer Emma Davenport was featured in the Huffington Post discussing work behaviour and the parallel relationship of the use of a ‘third space’ for a thriving workplace.
A ‘third space’ is best described as a workplace environment that’s neither the home or the office but a cafe, library or a co-working office space. These in-between spaces are ideal for more introverted workers who feel that they can’t deliver their best work in a highly collaborative, open, noisy and over stimulated work environment.
A very interesting and insightful read into the workplace of the future. Please view the full article here.
