This International Womens’ Day, we’re celebrating the power of “give to gain”, where knowledge, support and encouragement are exchanged across our team through our DC+ME Mentoring Program.

Across our studio, mentor–mentee relationships build confidence, increase opportunities, and grow leadership skills.

Through DC+ME, we learn by giving as much as by receiving. Our mentors offer a space for mentees to ask questions, voice aspirations, and take an active role in supporting their professional growth.

Lead of our DC+ME program, Kathryn Marshall, says:

“Our industry can be challenging - balancing creativity with project timelines, learning technical skills, and navigating professional relationships. But through our own experiences and our different skills and passions, we can lift each other up to achieve more.”
