We understand the importance of gender equity, culture, and leadership; and how progress requires ongoing conversation, action, and a commitment to challenging the status quo together.
We are pleased to have attended NAWIC NSW’s International Women’s Day Great Debate, where Cathryn Greville, CEO of NAWIC, highlighted a crucial message: gender inequity isn’t a women’s issue – it is an industry issue. Culture drives change, and we all have a role to play in shaping an inclusive future.
