AMSA, Canberra
We’re excited to share our latest workplace project for the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA) in Canberra.
This project set out to unite silos within the business to form a connected and flexible environment.
From the central atrium, a town hall space offers views out to the west of Canberra and serves as the social heart of the business. Acting as an anchor to a dynamic suite of meeting spaces, the revitalised atrium encourages greater connection and collaboration between teams, and supports a variety of new working styles.
Is there anything more rewarding than a happy client? We’re honoured to share feedback from the National Property Advisor at the Australian Maritime Safety Authority (AMSA):
“The new AMSA Workplace has significantly improved the way our business operates. Our new space has consolidated our business into two connected floors, reducing operational and social siloes, increasing connection to regional teams and provides a flexible environment that perfectly suits our needs now whilst allowing for change into the future.
The design has also improved staff wellbeing and satisfaction by providing a variety of spaces that promote wellbeing and healthy social interaction in a beautifully designed setting.”
We’re also proud to have entered this workplace project for AMSA into the Interior Architecture category of the Australian Institute of Architects' ACT Awards 2025. Positioned alongside some incredible interiors projects, we look forward to seeing the shortlist soon.
