Project Description

The CBA’s HQ at Commonwealth Bank Place represents the completion of an 8 year accommodation strategy to improve the performance of their workplace and reduce the organisations operating costs. Central to the success of this project has been the establishment of a CBD campus and the introduction of Activity Based Working ABW).

Benefits

The Bank can support an addition 20% of their workforce due to the introduction of un assigned desking. This also allows the Bank to expand and contract without the need to adjust its overall Net Lettable Area requirement. The Bank’s carbon footprint has also been reduced whilst its business, cultural and operational needs all align.
