Davenport Campbell has been at the forefront of innovative design since our beginnings in 1977. Many of the things we take for granted in the workplace and in building design were invented over the years by our creative people.
Milestones in our history include the first fully electronic office for Citibank at a time when ‘workstations’ were considered a buzz word and the PC a status symbol.
We invented the Medical Centre concept, Qantas Club Lounges, the first environmental workplace for IBM, and we developed the concept of international hospitality for the Sheraton Hotel chain.
Davenport Campbell also pioneered the development of Computer Aided Design (CAD) and established a mentoring programme that has trained many of the successful design leaders of today.
We were also the first Australian design firm to expand into Asia with major hospitality developments.
Our purpose is to help businesses transform the way they work, and building owners and developers improve the value of their assets.
Today, our ingenuity can be seen in the world leading ABW projects we have delivered for CBA, Bankwest, KPMG, HSBC, Merck Sharp and Dohme and Mirvac.
We have also successfully completed large, complicated integrated projects for IBM, Telstra and Woolworths, as well as multi-site retail work and major refurbishment projects for GE, GIC, Charter Hall, QIC and IAG.
This work is only possible because of the continued investment in our people.
We are deeply committed to doing great things with each other and for our clients. We are proud of our high performance culture, achieved through a focus on learning and excellence.
With us you’ll get a partnership of clever ideas, a team who will challenge you and bring agile intellect to each project.
